Depends who fought the better competition and how active everyone is.
There are a ton of undefeated fighters out there who are 30-0 40-0 but face bums. Having a "0" doesnt mean anything.

Fighter of the Decade isn't "an achievement". It isn't something that you "did". It was an award from journalists.

Fighter of the decade. Being undefeated does not mean much unless you have had great performances against the best possible opposition available.
Usually you don't end up with an undefeated record anyway when you consistently fight the best.
