Fighting Rios is a step down from who? We're talking about a big LW, who most likely will be stronger at 140.

Face it, Khan is the truth. He's the next big thing.
Of this I have no doubt but the spin and BS that comes out of Team Khan totally undermine Khan and the truth is if they did not come out with such BS Dwyer would have nothing to criticise.

So are you saying McCloskey is a more credible opponent than Rios? Be consitent in your arguments otherwise you get caught out.

I didnt have an argument for Rios being a better opponent you said Rios is a world champion so I corrected you and said Marquez is the WBA champion Rios is a paper champion.

Rios doesnt want Khan he wants Barrera he said it himself.

It's not about who is a better opponent for Khan than Rios, its that it's ridiculous to say that it's necessary for Khan to fight a LW. It doesn't matter if he is a big, small, skinny or fat, he's a lightweight.

Khan would never ever get ANY credit for beating Rios. Let Rios move to 140 and beat a couple of credible opponents, and then I think it would be a great fight, otherwise Khan has absolutely NOTHING to gain from fighting him. As it is, people are saying Zab is old he is shot. He wasn't old and shot when he fought and beat Matthysse or Mabuza? If people downplay Khans win over Zab, what will they do when he fights a LW? If people ridiculously claim Khan picks on small opponents, what will happen if he fights a LW?

And McCloskey was an undefeated European champion, yea, maybe he was not in the same league as Khan, but the only way we know that it is because they FOUGHT. And regardless of what you think about McCloskey, that has no bearing on who Khan should fight next. That was more of a stay busy fight, get the ring rust off fight, in preparation of Bradley, so it's dishonest to keep bringing it up.

Agree he should stay at LW as all the big boys are moving up so he should be able to clean up the division.

These quotes should end this thread, i dont mind Rios but please let him move up and do something at 140 then you can claim Khan should fight him , the same people pedalling the fight Rios now would start saying Rios is a LW if Khan beats him.

I said it before and I say it again, any ****** can buy a webcam and become an "Expert". This dude is a clown and has been for a long time, if you listen to his picks you will go broke, make more money flipping a coin than listening to this broke ass.

Dude talks about his picks yet uses a $10 set of headphones and a webcam from 1998.

You can see Karceno in the video too, he is below his desk massaging his ....

Peterson is an option, Guerrero-Maidana winner is another option, Basically i would rather he fight someone who is at 140 not a fighter who just won his first championship fight a couple of fights back, Khan fighting Rios now is the ultimate cherrypicking because he has nothing to gain taking on a lightweight and especially one that isnt even the best at 135.
