[B]Actually UFC has peaked and is on the decline now. Thier showing the same old guys over and over, and thier PPV buys are declining rapidly, and thats with maximum promotions, avdertising on tv,billboards,bars, you name it, and thier still declining. Boxing my friends is here to stay for as long as the human race exist. Boxing has minimal advertising until theres a fight like Mayweather or Pacquiao going on. We only have HBO,SHOWTIME,ESPN. You see boxing promotes itself. True boxing fans will never stop watching boxing. Now boxing can be put on another level if it were to be put back on regular national tv, NBC,ABC,CBS,FOX like it was along time ago.
I really wish they would put boxing back in the school systems. Imagine being in middle school again and having these options to represent your school,Football,basketball,baseball,soccer,tennis, swimming,wrestling,and then BOXING! Imagine being able to get a scholarship from boxing at any highschool. How many champions would we have in the USA? This would never happen because all other team sports would suffer. Most of the truly athletic would go after the glory of being a champion, especially after knowing they dont have to depend on getting drafted. That thier professional career depends entirely on them dedecating themselves to the sport. All the bad boys who hate school would stay in school if they were exposed to boxing in there highschool. Just my opinion.[/B]
and they get booted off the team if they get bad grades!
