Wake me when Saul fights someone with a pulse. Not someone that Cotto killed in the ring years ago.

Gomez looks weird in the pics.

      Almost like a different person.

His career has been going well after Cotto.

He was beating Karass before the headbutt.

I'm little surprised that he's taller.

His looks?! That's why you critizise the kid?! Dude get over it. I thought you disliked him because of his recent opposition. This is like the 5th post i've seen you talking about his earrings and hair.

Gomez has gotten better since that loss against Cotto. I think he is going to surprise a lot of people with how well he does against Alvarez.

Gomez is a pretty decent test. If Canelo keeps winning, dude is going to be the next ODLH.....biggest star in the sport. This fight will be a pretty good one.

gomez would eat most 20 year old pros for breakfast
                  no joke
                  he has crazy experience
and has some decent wins on his CV

this should be much more competitive than the ndou, baldomir, rhodes, and hatton fights.
alfonzo has some skills and a bit left in the tank
he's fought bigger guys than canelo

and he's only been stopped once and that was by a hall of famer at the top of his game named miguel cotto

still an easy win for canelo more than likely
but he will be getting good experience with a guy like gomez

you do not want your 20 year old star in the making taking a beating
he wont be in with any punchers until his pay scale goes up
and they've had some time to make their money before they can see if he will sink or swim

and they may never let him in there with a pure boxer
                  he doesn't have the style

Golden Boy is going to make TONS off of this kid......****** scumbags. Hopefully once he has a big following and such, he can go off and start his own promo thing.
