The best fighter on the planet (Silva, bar none) makes less money than Fernando Montiel.

        Crazy.

Have you seen the UFC salaries for ppv events??? The Showtime and HBO salaries shit on them and were not even talking the ppv events.

              ****** post, sorry.

The best of the best in MMA get about as much, or just 100k more than what some one like Yuri Foreman gets, who is relatively unknown outside of the Cotto fight.

What Zab Judah got for the Khan fight in not even a PPV fight, $500k...That's already double of what UFC superstar fighters get on average.

You got your odd MMA fighters making as much as Cotto got for the Mayorga fight, which bombed as a PPV.

No one, and I mean no one, not one MMA/UFC fighter, can make as much as Mayweather, Pacquiao, can make. And some of the whackest boxers like David Diaz, make as much as MMA super stars.

anderson silva is not the best fighter on the planet. even a shot RJJ would have ended his life, thankfully dana white didn't allow that fight to happen.

anderson silva: 1-1-0 in pro boxing

                LOL

To the guy who posted up UFC paydays, remember you mentioned Jon Jones, Anderson Silvas and Forrest Griffins. These guys are their biggest draws. MMA fans want to see these guys like a boxing fan wants to see the pacs, b-hops and the mayweathers. Now compare Anderson Silva's $200,000 to what Floyd Mayweather makes on a night.

Obviously, the no-names in any sport are going to get **** all but when the biggest name in your show makes $200,000 thats rough.

Actually, I think Brock Lesnar recieved the biggest payday in MMA history at UFC 100, which was the biggest show/stacked card in MMA history and including win bonuses and other **** bonuses, it was just over $1,000,000 and :gay:

anderson silva (the greatest UFC MMA talent ever) is paid less than what floyd gets to wipe his ass

                      thats dana white for you

every UFC fighter has been screwed over

brock lesnar really must have steroids for brains

WWE were paying him 10 million a year at least
he was a huge draw and they made him look awesome week in week out

john cena probably gets more in a month than 99% of UFC fighters get in a year
