The guys you showed are canadian-italian and in case of Pavlik I suppose his heritage is from somewhere around Slovakia and such.

It's not about nationality, it's about race.
Italians and Slovakians, like all Europeans, are Caucasian (also know Caucasoid, or Europoid).
