Because Khan has one loss on his resume and Bradley has none. Also because Bradley has fought a pretty decent fighter at 147 as well.

This ranking is solely about their fights in the 140 weight class.

Don't post something ignorant like that. There is no reason that Khan should of moved ahead of Bradley. The Zab victory wasn't that impressive. Khan performed well but we all seen that Zab is the same ole Zab so it certainly doesn't rank highly. The inactivity excuse was dumb by the ring. There is countless amount of fighters that go 6 months or longer and dont get moved down. Didn't the ring have Chris John in their top 10 despite not fighting for a very long period of time? The Ring is just acting out of emotion because Tim didn't fight Khan and that is wrong. It isn't their job to dictate fights.
