Factor in the his reluctance to fight the No 2 in the division , his troubles with Shaw , and a Pacquiao fight happening at the start of 2012 at the earliest (if at all) and it will add up . Fair decision.

you cant call the ring magazine bias, they took may out of the rankings even though they didnt have to, alot of other organisations still have him p4p1 or 2.
