Mayweather wants Pacquiao to undertake random blood testing because he suspects that Manny is using steroids, not because he has this underlying urge to "clean up the sport".

That was bull****, just like Pacquiao's 8 ridiculious excuses.

Manny gave Mayweather the opportunity to grand-stand, and Floyd took it.

A smart move I suppose, under the circumstances.

There is no justifiable reason why Manny cannot agree to undertake harmless blood tests, just like anyone else would.

Floyd says "someone doesn't suddenly become a good fighter at 25". What an idiotic statement!! Pacquiao won 2 world titles before he turned 24 (flyweight & super bantam)!

Then at 24 yrs old, Pacquiao destroyed Barrera (top 2 P4P and the lineal featherweight champ at the time) who just relinquished his WBC featherweight world title. So Pac should've had 3 world titles by the age of 24!!

Good points also Pacquiao didn't have the amateur background and coaching that Mayweather had but still achieved so much, after training with Freddie for so many years he has improved a lot and is now an amazing fighter.
