Although it does not explicitly describe how, it does say that "Mayweather connected on 46% of his TOTAL punches over his last 9 fights" (I am paraphrasing). This suggests that they calculated connect percentages as the number of punches landed divided by the number of punches thrown over 9 fights - a correct method. Notice that Pacquia is only at 38%, so you are trying to use uneducated calculations to mislead as to how he is better. Typical Pacta*d. The link you provided exposed your ignorance.
