Floyd isn't either. His % is brilliant.....amazingly so, but he doesn't throw lots. Pac does, but in terms of accuracy he still sucks. All that saying....who cares? Pacquiao still wins fights and beats guys up, knocks them out, highlight reel stuff. He isn't accurate though so try and think a little before acting like complete douche bags.

Floyd wins too, with amazing accuracy. It's his strong point and not Pac's.

But Toney throws lots and lands lots too. Whitaker also throws lots of lands lots too. So, if you want to bring up some ******ed point of "Pac throws lots and that means he's more accurate. He landed like totally over 100 punches against Mosley!" go watch the guys who land over 400 punches, without getting hit either.

Do you think it harder to keep your accuracy up if you:

    1) Throw more punches?
    2) Throw harder punches?
    3) Throw combinations?
    4) All of the above?

I have never seen Mayweather come close to doing that, yet Pacquiao made it look effortless, natural, and right on point to the chin, so maybe you're onto something, TS.
      That was Tyson Fury.

For a die hard Pac man fan you sure don't know your fights. You have obviously never watched his fights yet you have a strong opinion.

It was Manny Pacquiao who punched himself foolishly in the face and the fact that you don't even know that speaks volumes and proves to me that you don't even watch boxing, not even Pacquiao's fight. You go off of forum threads and Dan Rafael articles.

It's the other way round. You have a difficult time understanding accuracy.

So what you're saying is that because Pac is less accurate, he's more accurate?

Or is it because Floyd fights with accuracy in mind and thus is more accurate, he's less accurate?

Hold on, no, wait....it's that because Floyd is more accurate by 15% than Pac but throws less, he isn't as accurate just because he throws less whereas Pac deliberately throws more punches that miss to set up power punches and that makes him more accurate because the punches that do land are the only ones that matter and because he lands more, but is less accurate, he's more accurate?

Have I got it right? Pac is more accurate because he throws more, but at a much lower connect %, and thus is more accurate anyway.

Is Pac blacker than Floyd too?

No, you got it wrong, not really a surprise, as you grasp on simply mathematics seems very tentative. 52% > 50.2%

Pac more accurate than Mayweather because he throws more punches (even though he lands much less in % terms)?
Mayweather less accurate because he's more accurate?

                  Fine!

James Toney is the only fighter in history to have landed more than 400 punches more than once in titles fights! In fact, he's done it 4 times!

So TS and every other daft ****? **** off and go watch Toney if you think more punches equal accuracy. Go watch someone throw lots of punches and actually be accurate with them and maybe it'll sink in.
you may have a point up there....

but when you are asked to chose between A & B, is it right to say C?????

Just bcoz it is getting difficult to justify A or B? or bcoz you have info on C?

The thread is subjective; one person likely to have a different view from the other....

so it may be A or may be B....but that precisely is the thread/question..........

but to say C is in effect to redefine the question/thread....

it is like throwing a big stone to an already muddied water.........

                      NO,

Pacquiao is 5ft 6in and a half, and Mayweather is 5 foot 8in.

See it is not that hard to look and the evidence objectively, maybe some of you should give it a try.
