Maidana getting back up is what made that FOTY. I remember shaking my had in disbelief. He covered himself and recovered so well it gave me serious respect for a guy I thought was just a slugger.

The look on his face when he's shaking it off you can see he is hurting seriously even when he ****s his gloves together and nods for to the ref to continue.

^^^^exactly. and a shot like that, it doesn't just ware off, I have no doubt he felt that for the next 4 rounds (not including any repeated blows to that area). I'm sure glad he got up, its moments like these that truly (or atleast have an impact) define a fighter; his determination, and will to rise just made for a great night.

The guys a clown, he made excuses for losing to Salido even tho Salido tested Negative on the test done by proper officials. If Salido was a cheat he would have been suspended which he wasn't.

Maidana never wanted to fight Morales, he looked up to Morales. It was just business to him but I think he really didn't want to smash one of his idols. Which is the bad thing because he almost got beat by his idol because of it if he did let his emotions into the fight a little too much.

Well, will find out if Maidana is a hype-job or not against the smaller Guerrero. If Guerreo outboxes Maidana and makes Maidana look like **** maybe your comment does have some validity to it.
