IMO he was not using steroids, and about when he stopped and started it doesn't matter, if he tested positive for nandrolone in his first urine test, he should have tested positive again in the blood test a few days after. As I've said, the breakdown products of this drugs stay in the body for a long long time, and modern laboratories instruments are very sensitive and can detect extremely low amounts of this substance .
