I think Helenius is the best of the bunch RIGHT NOW, but Boytsov and Perez have more potential. I haven't seen enough about Glazkov to make a judgement.

What's up with Magomed Abdusalamov? Haven't heard anything about him for more than a year.

        Tyson Fury.

        Why?

Well, I'm not using the obvious logic and picking someone like Helenius who is way ahead of Fury and they have the same amount of fights. My logic is based on the ifs, if Fury can do this or do that.

        His height is a plus.
        His reach is a plus.
His speed is a plus, being that tall and that fast is another plus.
        His age is a plus.

His age is the main reason why I think Fury has the most potential. He has all the tools to become successful but it all depends on how hard he trains and who trains him. With the right trainer he can go far but that is if he works hard and has the right person in his corner.

Haven't heard much about Fury lately, so I'm unsure whether Steward is still with him. Hopefully he is and they stay together for a while, it's the perfect partnership. While Fury's height and reach would suggest he keeps opponents at the end of the jab, he likes to fight inside a lot. With his arms being so long it's difficult for him to actually setup attacks and work well inside, but he can become better through training. His chin so far looks ok and although his stamina isn't great he has a big enough heart to carry him through.

With a little bit of guidance, world class training and his own will power he can go far.

Although he campaigns at Cruiserweight and will most likely work himself into a title-opportunity position in that division, I eventually envisage Rakhim Chakhkiev making the step to Heavyweight. An absolute brute of a man, aggressive, exciting fighter who is built for destruction and being a southpaw with good head movement and a powerhouse left further adds to the allure. Moreover, his solid amateur pedigree gives him the credibility that some of the so-called heavyweight prospects lack.

I would like to read your opinions on this fighter.

He won gold at the 2008 Olympics at heavyweight. He has excellent potential.

Sadly, he has a horrible promoter in Klaus-Peter Kohl. Too bad he can't go over to Golden Boy or Sauerland.

Universum have a penchant for mishandling fighters with boundless potential. They can clear the path for a title-shot but the match-making often leaves boxing analysts scratching their heads. He will become a title-contender at Cruiserweight within the next two years, I am sure of it, but I agree with the premise that he is not in the best of hands.

I like the American Seth Mitchell he is fairly short compared to some heavyweights at 6ft 2in but he is built like a bull and is a healthy 240lb, he seems to have developed well and i would like to see how he progresses over the next year. Its a shame he didnt take up boxing when he was younger he could have been a very good fighter (unless his chin is rubbish).

Boystov has looked good but his injury’s seem to be holding him back which is a shame hopefully he can get back in the ring soon.

Perez has plenty of talent but i do feel that he is undisciplined his weight is ok but he could do with cutting 10lb.

Chisora has good upper body movement and is a good body puncher but he seems a bit mentally unstable, he also needs to cut at least 10lb in weight probably more like 15-20lb.

I'm not a big fan of tall stand up fighters tbh but Helenius seems to have progressed well, Pryce could turn out to be good, I’m not sure about Wilder and Fury yet though.

His promoter Jimmy Burchfield is a friend of mine as is his son who is the ring announcer for most of his cards. Unfortunately though Wach has to be moved along more quickly because he's already 31. McBride will be a big step up and that isn't saying much when you want to throw him in with a Klit.

Artur Szpilka (6-0, 4 KO) of North Bergen, NJ by way of Poland.

Szpilka is 22 years old, a southpaw with one punch knockout power in either hands and lots of attitude. He is coming off of 2 years inactivity because he was in prison for his role in a soccer brawl in Poland, was arrested at the weigh-in for his match on the undercard of Adamek-Golota.

First fight in two years was last month, fights a guy 8-0 (7 KO). Knocks him out in :33 seconds. His next match is a week from today at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut.

Check out his attire; dresses as a prisoner escorted by strippers dressed as cops.
