I'll be interested to see if Mariusz Wach can do what his countryman Adamek couldn't do and knock out Kevin McBride in their upcoming fight. If he KOs McBride, he might be someone who has a future in the HW division.

Lets be honest, Adamek isnt a real HW. Sure he has a chance at beating Vitali (very small since Vitali is 40) but against a hungry young HW? I dont think Adamek has the style to do it, he's not aggressive enough.

I love Adamek, but I was at ringside for McBride and to be honest, McBride knocked him down legit at the end of a round and they didn't count it. He didn't really hurt McBride all night, maybe he stunned him once with a combination and that was it.

He says "speed is power" and he does have speed, but that won't be enough against the beast that is Vitali Klitschko.

Still, it will be a good fight, more like the one people expected Wlad-Haye to be. Adamek will go out on his shield in front of the Polish fans.

if boytsov can take care of his hands he looks to be the best of that lot.

he's going to have a hard time getting going again with an early career as on // off as his has been

i think the commies will dominate the HW division for a long time

america is breeding tincan hobos right now with no staying power or skill

its a long time since there's been a fighter with a caliber of larry holmes or frasier

              or even a holyfield

damn shame- the americans used to have the most exciting fighters

Mike Perez has a lot of good ingredients but his weight is already fluxing and he hasn't faced much more than a mall mannequin so far. Those two at least pique my curiosity to see what if.
Have you seen Glazkov? He appears to be well-rounded.

The ones who have impressed me are Helenius, Perez, Mitchell, Glazkov, Price and Gerber.

Boytsov has been inactive too long and has recurring injuries. Wilder is easy to hit and so won't go very far. My jury is still out on Chisora and Fury.

Tye Fields and Tyson Fury are two bigs guys who are contrastingly different as fighters.

Fields has excellent athleticism, he excelled in several other sports. But he has poor boxing skills because he started too late at age 25. He lacks "muscle memory" when dealing with certain situations in the ring.

Fury, in contrast, has developed some ring craftiness. He's the son of a boxer, he was named after a boxer, and started boxing around the same time as he learned to walk. But unlike Fields, Fury seems to have poor athleticism and coordination, and never did well in other sports.

But Fury has been improving and he is physically strong and sturdy. We'll know more about him after next weekend's fight. We may have underestimated him.
