I agree, 12 rounds sometimes is not enough to decisively determine the victor, additional rounds will.

15 rounds would be nostalgic but I don't know if the sport should return to 15 rds for championship fights.

No ****.......... But when these special men are forced to live out their lives in wheel chairs, unable to speak, unable to wipe their own asses....

Why not make them do 20 rounds, it's been awhile since we've seen that. I'm sure that the fans would love to have an extra 8 rounds rather than just 3 more rounds.

Boxing is a great sport, the greatest in my eyes. But in boxing its not always what you win that is so important as to what you lose. That being cognetive functions, memorie, the abilitie to care for yourself at a young age, the abilitie to speak or even work a television remote control.

You want to do this for the excitement of the sport. Other sports could follow suite. We could have random oil slicks placed in the turns of the indy 500 or maybe place a few land mines in the outfields of all the Major League baseball parks. Excitement of the fans is important but the saftey of the athletes needs to be looked at.

You know that a fighter can come in on weight and fight a brawl in the scorching heat and become dehydrated during the fight. It's not just drying out that makes the fighters dehydrated.

"Its a special kind of sport for special kinds of men", whatever. They are still human beings and should not have to endanger their lives by adding 9 minutes of extra battering for the fans pleasure............Rockin'

This fight will be a complete bore.

Pac will be cautious and Floyd will be extra cautious. Excitement wise, it's going to be Haye-Wlad.

12 rounds will be crap enough to sit through. Don't add another 3.

The sport needs more Haglers and Lennox Lewises when they retire then it does Alis and Meldrick Taylors or Joe Fraziers.

imho this is a good suggestion specifically for the PAC-PBF fight, and also will agree on a open rule that 15 Rounds can be applied to a same magnitude fights, as long as we at the same page at this point in time, their is no other match-up possible to be even close at PAC-PBF magnitude...

past fights examples are leonard-hearns and dela hoya-trinidad ...

i have to add that I am not sure how the commision will regulate this option and for sure it will get exploited...

I know as well as anyone on here how tough professional boxing is...but at the same time, it is PROFESSIONAL BOXING...15 rounds was and would be for the elite, it is what separates the champions from everyone else...adding oil slicks to a car race is a silly suggestion and is not comparable in any way...going 15 rounds is special and it would bring back the s"pecialness" of being a WORLD CHAMPION...I assure u , 100 0pct. Mayweather and Pac can go 15 rounds in their sleep...NO DOUBTS..and if others cannot? Then they are not worthy of being a 15 round elite world champion...
