He probably doesn't have the most integrity, however, he has very little, if any, to gain one way or another if they use WADA, USADA or pretty much any other organization.

I'll trust a guy with an opinion who isn't paid over the guy who is.

annie skinner is dumb lol. what bob wants is to sign with wada, to do the testing for both. it doesn't matter how it's done and by whom as long as the results are from wada/wada takes responsibility.
obviously usada cannot do this unless phillipines become american territory...

These pacfans are so dumb. When Manny was shouting "let the Nevada athletic commission do their job" why weren't he and team pac saying they're Americans and we don't trust them?" When Manny was crying he accepted everything and now Floyd called his bluff he's saying he needs a different agency because he doesn't trust USADA. I won't be surprised he declares for now that his full camp will be conducted in the Philippines.

The question is not about Floyd's demand but more about why Manny can't be consistent.

He is not competing in any sport where USADA has ANY Authority, do you not realize that? Pacq is a Pinoy citizen, who lives there, who trains there 90% of the time.

USADA has no authority on professional boxing, if this was amateurs then yes you are correct, then they wouldve chosen a neutral site to fight at like the UK.

I dont know why Floyd fans want all these crazy demands? What about what Pacq wants? Or is it that Floyd can make demands and Pacq has to say "yes master" and obey like a dog?

Team Pacquiao Has had Two (2) choices to make regarding the fight:

1. Say: "Manny's not taking an unnecessary test 'cause he's never failed one."

OR

2. Take the test he "agreed" to take and fight Floyd.

Instead what we got was a list of excuses to avoid fighting Floyd.

It's been THAT plain and simple from the start.

No matter what the spin doctors try and make it out to be something else,
the facts remain:

Arum and Team Pacquiao KNOW they cannot beat Floyd fairly.

They can't pull the catchweight bit 'cause they know the answer already.

Spinning the facts in all directions will never change the facts.
