I will comment on this from a neutral stand point. If Floyd said he wants OLYMPIC style testing then you must DO IT AS THE OLYMPICS DO IT.

and USDA is pretty shady if you read the cyclist's book, the dude who was recently on 60 minutes, he says they have a program where if you get caught doping and you get banned you could rat on your friends and they will erase the ban.

He also said some Athletes get preferential treatment and their guidelines are relaxed for different athletes, so one popular cyclist wont get a ban for having a high (XX) count but a lesser known cyclist will get a ban.

Still, do it like this were the Olympics, you cant say you was Olympic testing but INSIST using USADA. Let Pacq go thru his countries process of finding a IOC/WADA approved lab that will have no conflict of interest and let Floyd go thru USADA.

You guys do know USADA only tests American athletes for the Olympics, other countries have their own commissions. Hell you could test dirty and USADA cant put any bans on you unless you are an American AND the sport acknowledges USADA testing, PROFESSIONAL BOXING DOES NOT, that means a boxer can take 100 USADA tests and piss dirty each time and there's no punishment USADA can give out because they have no authority for professional boxing.

I dont think *****'s will want Floyd to go thru Filipino Athletic Commission Testing so why should Pacman go thru USADA? Makes no sense.

You dont need to be a ******* to see that, you cant be asking for all sorts of tests calling them Olympic then demand you want your own country to do the testing when there are reports they screwed the pooch on the Mosley fight and have a history of being inconsistent with alot of Politics involved.

I don't know the ins and outs of drug testing but I think the testing would be done by USADA or another American drug testing organisation because the fight will be held in America. If the fight were in Phillipines then it would be a Filipino organisation handling the tests probably.

He is not competing in any sport where USADA has ANY Authority, do you not realize that? Pacq is a Pinoy citizen, who lives there, who trains there 90% of the time.

USADA has no authority on professional boxing, if this was amateurs then yes you are correct, then they wouldve chosen a neutral site to fight at like the UK.

I dont know why Floyd fans want all these crazy demands? What about what Pacq wants? Or is it that Floyd can make demands and Pacq has to say "yes master" and obey like a dog?

Nope, this would only be true if USADA had Authority in Professional Boxing, they dont.

Thats why this arguement is so silly, this is like going to get a drug test, you can choose any doctor you want as long as he is licensed. If you were in jail then you had to piss infront of that doctor that they put.

Same thing here, if you were in Amateurs or Cycling where USADA can suspend an Athlete then they will be the ones testing.(Jail)

Sorry, but please realize that it's the *****s that's making a BIG deal out of this news, not the *******s. *****s are the ones *****ing about what you just stated above (which I agree on btw). Otherwise, everyone would be happy about this fight close to happening. But like I stated before, boxing fans and *******s are more optimistic for this fight happening, and they're just happy about the progress. Can you honestly say the same thing about the *****s?
