It's funny how just a few days ago all of Pacquiao's cult followers were b-tching about USADA giving out deals to people in exchange for their testimonies.
And how USADA can not be trusted.

Claiming that USADA giving out deals is like bribery.

Here is a guy that has just admitted in this article that he has had meetings with USADA to help better their testing system.

Vic Conte has done deals and testified against so many people, and now he is the Pacquiao cult followers star witness.

Contrary to the boasting argument by United States Anti-Doping Agency that its operation on Olympic style of blood testing is indispensable to the conduct with the World Anti-Doping Agency here in the United States is proven false.

Annie Skinner, Media Relations Manager of USADA, must have misrepresented statements of facts relative to the true operations of USADA. While it is true that the World Anti-Doping Agency does not have the infrastructures to conduct blood testing themselves, it is also true with USADA.

First, WADA, as of this writing, has accredited 35 laboratories around the world, two of which are situated in the United States of America, namely: Sport Medicine Research and Testing Laboratory in Salt Lake City, Utah and University of California, Los Angeles Olympic Analytical Laboratory in Los Angeles, California. These laboratories are not beholden to USADA's operation and are in fact being contracted to do blood-testing for different agencies.Therefore, just like WADA, USADA does really have its own facility. It only gets its Olympic blood testing done through these laboratories, only if the sports event is held within the confines of US territory.

Second, USADA operates only as "pure agency" on a contigent basis. It cannot function in an official capacity to the International Olympic Committee unless it is accredited by WADA.

Third, what sets USADA's gold standard is only empowered by these two laboratories accredited in the US by WADA.

Like the moon, USADA does not have its own light and brilliance without WADA as the sun from where it draws its power.

Therefore, all of USADA's wishes to this effect are subservient to the power of WADA, to which Top Rank Godfather Robert "Bob" Arum has been banking with his argument agreeing to the Olympic style of blood testing but not through the conduct of USADA which Floyd Mayweather, Jr. prefers to handle the same.

Now, Skinner must have been fooling the public and deserves job restraint.

Arum believes that USADA is not neutral because of the presumptive fellowship of Mayweather with USADA's zealot bossman and lawyer Travis Tygart.

Worse, Pacman's defamation lawsuit against "Money" Mayweather continues. And USADA's zealot bossman, lawyer Travis Tygart, has shown partiality during one of his public appearances referencing Mayweather as "the clean athlete".

"We have agreed in the Pacquiao camp to unlimited random testing done by a responsible, neutral organization. We don't believe USADA is a neutral organization." Arum insists.

Arum adheres, "I don't think anybody's test is as vigorous as the test administered by the Olympic Organization. And we can arrange for the Olympic Organization to handle the test under the supervision of the Athletic commission respective of the state where the fight is going to be held."

Arum, nonetheless, knows what he is talking about when he says it can be done in a "fair, sensible manner".

Arum, as of this writing, cannot be reached. He is in Europe for a family vacation and should be back in two weeks.

what i don't get is why floyd fans INSIST on USADA?

i personally find Bob's constant shifting of moods as tiring, but AT LEAST now that he has finally agreed to full, unlimited RANDOM BLOOD TESTING, people should be ecstatic that his ONLY requirement is kicking out USADA, which IS REPLACEABLE.

Since it is now known that USADA itself doesn't conduct tests, taking them off the picture is no longer a problem.
