Only the USADA of the NADO (National Anti Doping Organizations ) , certified by the WADA , can use the WADA accredited laboratories. No other NADO can so. So for you slow ones. The WADA appoints the USADA to collect samples and to send them to 1 of 2 WADA accredited laboratories, who will send the results back to the USADA

nice thought but they are not accredited by the wada to collect samples, send samples andi analyze results. There is a reason the wada accredited one agency to over see a nation.

This is only for the May/Pac fight not about the whole US anti-doping operations. This can be easily done. All the commission needs to do is collect the samples supervised by WADA and have the samples analysed in the WADA accredited labs.

Really, this is very feasible. I am quite confident a compromise just like this one will be reached by both parties.

if so, what gives arum saying no usada involvement?

i don't think an old hand like arum will make a fool of himself asking for usada non-involvement if usada is the only nado in u.s.?

No they can use an asian accredited lab. And since Manny its competing in the US, the USADA will collect samples.

Since this is not the olympics, is there a rule that USADA should be the one to take the sample?

You guys know there its a reason the WADA, has NADO's right? These NADO's follow WADA guidelines, so if the WADA decides to step in, instead of the USADA, because thats what big bob wants, then they would collect the samples themselves and send them to the lab, but most likely the will appoint the USADA to do so.

All I'm saying and going by is the info I'm gathering off of the wada site, maybe arum did not know the wada used the usada to oversee testing in the us, maybe he does but doesn't want the usada involved. The point is the wada is either going to collect samples themselves or have the usada do so. I need the take a nap at work , thanks for the debate .

SN: I really don't care who collects samples as long as the usada or wada oversees, they are blood and urine samples, unlimited and random with no cut off and a wada accredited lab does it. Thank you and.good night

well, USADA doesn't perform testing either.. they're like WADA in a sense.. they only collect samples but the testing was done by these WADA certified labs.. so arum wants to cut the biased middleman away, which is USADA.. what wrong with that? is the result gonna be gonna be tainted if it goes.. WADA->WADA cert labs->result to WADA.. instead of WADA->USADA->WADA cert labs->result to USADA->result to WADA...
