The fact is that one person is willing to be transparent while the other is trying to negotiate to what degree and to whom he is willing to be transparent with ... which negates the purpose of the transparency at that point. Its Pacquiao seeking to be "semi-transparent"?

May I ask and can someone answer why Arum is only now proposing this solution? Floyd has always been adamant about UDADA being the agency who would administer the tests. Why after 3 years, is Bob Arum only now expressing a problem with USADA? Could it be because Manny shot himself in the foot by agreeing to ALL tests that Mayweather has demanded?

******* peasants have been posting Manny saying "Yes" to several different questions and claiming that this was evidence that Manny Pacquiao himself, not Bob Arum, has agreed to ANYTHING that Floyd Mayweather wanted concerning tests.

Now that its time to move forward and sign a legally binding contract, Arum has expressed reservations and has opted to stall the finalization of the already agreed terms of the negotiations by accusing a 3rd party organization of being "bias" because they have tested Floyd Mayweather, Shane Mosley and now Victor Ortiz.

This is both disgraceful and shameful on the part of Bob Arum. We all know that Arum wants to protect his goose who lays Top Rank's golden eggs, but why claim to take the high road and allow Manny to agree to take the high road when he knew it would only complicate matters when it was time to pay the piper?

Its now time to sign the contract and take the tests, and who brings more controversy to the table and ultimately postpones what the fans have been asking for? None other than Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao. How much do these two clowns have to do before people see the writing on the wall?

I remember all you *******s putting the YouTube video in posts, starting threads about it, and claiming that now Mayweather has no excuse. Well you didn't expect Manny to go back on his word did you? You didn't expect Manny to show the world his cowardice by making yet another excuse himself, did you?

Floyd is ready to sign. Pacquiao is not ready to sign. Floyd has always stated that he was ready to sign as soon as Manny Pacquiao was ready to agree to random USADA blood and urine tests up until the day of the fight. Manny Pacquiao stated that he was ready to do so. Manny lied. Manny is NOT ready. Manny is NOT willing. Manny is deceiving fans, both boxing and *******ed fans, into believing that he is willing to do whatever it takes to be seen as the best.

Arum isn't fooling anyone by yelling "fire" and pulling the alarm in the metaphorical room where the negotiations are taking place. Of course he knows that he has a fringe group of drooling idiots that will support ANYTHING that he does in the name of Manny Pacquiao, but Arum and Pacquiao for the most parts, HAVE SHOWN THEIR TRUE COLORS WITH THIS LATEST MOVE.

There are no more countdown clocks.

There is no more talk of fear of needles or blood loss.

There is no more talk of cut-off dates.

There is no more talk of rumors suggesting Mayweather asking for more money.

All the circus antics have been used up over the past 3 years. Arum is out of tricks and excuses. This latest fiasco where he became desperate enough to accuse the United States Anti-Doping Agency is in fact slander.

Unless this is all part of some elaborate WWE-styled dramatic plot, Arum has just left himself opened for a defamation suit. He's already left Pacquiao looking like some flip flopping idiot.

One can only wonder what's next.

So lets see, on Saturday Schafer said that 3 or the 4 testing points were agreed on by both Pac/May and their teams. He mentioned that Mayweather has lightened his stance on USADA and yesterday Arum mentioned that he supported WADA testing. So whats the problem??

I think people are not happy with replacing a road block with another road block just for the sake of it. Its like if they are arguing about glove size and brand. Pac says "I want 8oz clitoris gloves" and mayweather says "ok, I agree but only if they have the American flag print" or Mayweather says " I want a 24ft ring" and pac says " ok, you can have a 24ft ring as long as you wear really heavy boots"

The problem is, Manny has made a long laundry list of excuses to avoid random blood testing. Now that he has finally found the courage to proceed with testing and supposedly agreed to EVERYTHING as the video indicates, USADA is not good enough. The US arm of WADA is no longer good enough but at least he has overcome his fear of needles. He obviously never has agreed to everything.

When its not one thing, its another. Manny and Bob are more content with fighting Floyd in a court room and making it appear to the public that they're trying so hard to make the fight by going through obstacles when its actually them creating them.
