If Lewis isnt on the list because he isnt in an era where there are greats around him why is Tyson high on the list. Non of the Tysons opponents in the 80's were anything near great. Holmes was the only one but well past his best at that stage.

Simple. During his prime, Tyson - to put it mildly - was more dominant against his opponents than Lennox was against his. Tyson dispatched his oponents within 5 rounds on the average. He savagely annihilated people...

i think he is a top ten hw. i don't think he ducked anyone. you cant really hold it against him for not fighting vitali again he was getting older and knew it would be a tough fight again.

I'd favor prime lewis over prime tyson ,,but,, tyson would have had a good punchers chance. lewis's chin was underrated but still far from granite
