Ok, one more time. The USADA cannot do any testing outside of it's jurisdiction unless authorized by the IOC or the WADA. It has no jurisdiction in the Philippines where Pac does most of his training.

It could be for several possible reasons. Maybe they were focused too much on the cut-off issue and other disagreements that they overlooked who would undertake the testing, or, like all the experts in this forum, they did not foresee the potential problems of using a U.S. based agency.
In any case, that question is now irrelevant since it has been superseded by newer developments.

Could be true. I really find it funny that many floyd and Manny fans only see 1 side, and not the other. Neither side can admit that both fighters have been a part of this fight not takin place.
It's funny that Floyd's fans blame it all on Arum, and Pac's fans blame it all on Floyd when the truth is that neither did everything they could have done to make the fight happen.
What happens in the future is anyone's guess. maybe we'll know who really wants the fight, or, hopefully, it just gets made and the rest is B.S.

like I said above, Floyd fans just want to find any reason to claim that Arum's duckin the fight.
He may not have wanted it in the past - but now is not a time to **** on Arum, when all he said is that he'd prefer that WADA handles the testing. Why would Floyd have an issue with that, as long as a neutral, well known reputable organization is handling them

2.) and we got..... " Manny will take the test through WADA " ~ Bob Arum

So, no more excuses.

If Bob Arum (btw, when I say Bob Arum, read: Manny Pacquiao, unless Pac really does work for Arum like everyone suggests) comes up with one more reason to kill that fight, then we will know whats up and there will be no need for any future discussion.

After the Collins/Resto fight, the Collins family initiated a lawsuit against the commission for failing to protect their son, Bob Arum considered that lawsuit to be " pathetic ".

Now, Arum thinks that a lawsuit is justified, because Mayweather called Pac a bad name, even though Manny killed the biggest fight of all time by publicly refusing random blood tests.

1.) what is your opinion regarding Pacquiao's " lawsuit " against Mayweather ?

2.) if, after the Mayweather/Ortiz fight, Mayweather calls out Pacquiao, and then Bob Arum states something like..... " No, Manny cannot fight Mayweather until after the legal action has been resolved, it is much too important "..... will you agree with me that it has been Top Rank (Pacquiao) that has been preventing this fight all along ?

Why would this request to have the IOC/WADA monitor and coordinate the testing kill the fight when it does nothing to prevent the testing from happening? In fact, it solves the potential problems of using an agency with limited jurisdiction, like the USADA.
Give one credible reason why this will kill the fight.

Michael marley bloke is a little b*tch, if Pacquiao really wanted to fight Mayweather then he'd just take the USADA. It's all psychological games, pacquiao will fight mayweather with testing WITH the condition of pacquiaos testing agency. Man boxings fcked up at times

obviously, the Pac camp was the cause the 1st time around.
but, if floyd wanted the fight so much, why did Ellerbe deny the negotiations took place last summer b/f Arum made the fight wit Margarito? If HBO hadn't come out and said that negotiations happened, then I wouldn't have been too sure, b/c we all know Arum is the biggest lyer in the business; but, here, he was actually telln the truth, bc HBO had no reason to back him - they want the business of both fighters.
How did Pac camp cause the fight to not happen the 2nd time? especially wen floyd's camp claimed they didnt even negotiate b/c they were on vacation.

bob arum's a scumbag......first pacquiao would never take a random blood test because he was afraid of needles......then pacquiao would take the test but needed a "28 day cut off period"......then it 14 day cut off period.....and when that backfired he's like "ok now we agreed to everything"......and then when that lie got exposed now he's like "ok now we really agree to everything,.... but only only if wada does the testing".....and there's still questions about why real boxing fans think pacquiao's dirty. at the very least he's guilty by association. bob arum isn't just a scumbag and a cretin, he also pond scum and when you jump into pond scum, some of it sticks
