as long as there's ost there should be no problem. it's just the same as choosing the ref and judges for the fight. if you think they're not nuetral you have the right to refuse them. you don't even need factual basis for refusing...a mere perception is enough.

and besides, USADA as represented by Tygart has put their nuetrality in question when they're already in talks with floyd's team even before floyd demanded ost. and then Tygart came out giving media interviews criticizing nsac and giving out unsolicited advice. and the way he talks like USADA testing is the best but stop at 18 days without blood testing for the floyd-shane fight is a disgrace.
