This is great news! Manny is finally stepping up to take the tests. WADA is actually better then its affiliate USADA because of the scope of its jurisdiction which is worldwide and not just the USA. Which means Manny will have to take the test at anytime and anyplace around the world. The same if Floyd goes to "vacation" in the Mexico. The testing is not limited to America. No one has a chance to cheat wherever they go and at anytime because WADA has affiliates everywhere to do the required tests.

Here's the FACTS: USADA's jurisdiction is AMERICA. WADA's jurisdiction is WORLD WIDE! So if Mayweather and Pacquiao go to England or South Africa to promote the fight, they can be randomly tested there. USADA doesn't have the budget or authority to go to another country and tell their respective counterpart what to do....But WADA does.

Look, im not hitting on the reputation of the USADA. If Pacquiao and Mayweather are in America then they should have jurisdiction. But the fact of the matter is has limited scope to do the test while WADA being the head has worldwide jurisdiction.

The problem with this is that in my opinion a Filipino affiliate of Wada can easily be bribed over in Pacs homeland. They would do anything for manny over there and hes like one of the most powerful men in his country. I'm sure he could easily get the organization to say he tested negative while doping the whole time. MIND YOU I'M NOT SAYING THAT THIS IS SOMETHING MANNY WOULD DO! I'M JUST SAYING ANYTHING IS A POSSIBILITY.
