If it doesnt matter who conducts the test them why not use the USADA, the doping agency that handles the largest market of athletes?

I'm fine with this suggestion, although I do not think that the Manny-cow has run dry yet, so I cant see this fight happening next.

Arum will likely agree to the testing now, through WADA, but after the Mayweather/Ortiz fight he will insist that the fight cannot take place until the legal action has been resolved.

It could be for several possible reasons. Maybe they were focused too much on the cut-off issue and other disagreements that they overlooked who would undertake the testing, or, like all the experts in this forum, they did not foresee the potential problems of using a U.S. based agency.
In any case, that question is now irrelevant since it has been superseded by newer developments.

So, no more excuses.

If Bob Arum (btw, when I say Bob Arum, read: Manny Pacquiao, unless Pac really does work for Arum like everyone suggests) comes up with one more reason to kill that fight, then we will know whats up and there will be no need for any future discussion.

After the Collins/Resto fight, the Collins family initiated a lawsuit against the commission for failing to protect their son, Bob Arum considered that lawsuit to be " pathetic ".

Now, Arum thinks that a lawsuit is justified, because Mayweather called Pac a bad name, even though Manny killed the biggest fight of all time by publicly refusing random blood tests.

1.) what is your opinion regarding Pacquiao's " lawsuit " against Mayweather ?

2.) if, after the Mayweather/Ortiz fight, Mayweather calls out Pacquiao, and then Bob Arum states something like..... " No, Manny cannot fight Mayweather until after the legal action has been resolved, it is much too important "..... will you agree with me that it has been Top Rank (Pacquiao) that has been preventing this fight all along ?

if arum says that, then I think it's obvious that arum is killin the fight. but, on the flip side, if mayweather says something like "I need one more tuneup, b/c Ive been out of the ring for a while..." then we will also know whats up
