Then in fairness to both fighters. The USADA and its Philippine Counterpart should inhibit themselves from the fight. Clearly the USADA will be bias to the American fighter while the Philippine one towards the Filipino. Let the French do the tests then under WADA. If your afraid of bias.

That is why you let WADA supervise the testing for both the USADA and PSC in order to minimize this su****ions. There are no other options. Forcing Pac to train the whole time in the U.S. just to satisfy Floyd would be the most outrageous of all suggestions.

          2 questions

if PAC SUPPOSIVLEY AGREED TO ALL THE DEMANDS IN THE SECOND NEGOTIATIONS, THEN WHY WASNT THIS AN ISSUE BACK THEN?

WHY HAS PAC AND ARUM NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH USA REFS AND JUDGES ALL THIS TIME SINCE BEING NEUTRAL IS SUCH A BIG ISSUE?

CAN ANYONE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS WITHOUT NAME CALLING?

ANYHOW I HOPE THE FIGHT CAN BE MADE B4 THESE GUYS ARE OUT OF THEIR PRIMES

Aaah ok, so that is what the problem was, huh Bob ?

Funny thing, I have never heard you mention any type of preference as to which organisation should conduct the testing?

In fact, all I have ever heard you say is that the testing is " pathetic ".

Well, well, who would have figured that you and Manny actually did have a genuine reason to duck those nasty random blood tests after all

Appoint someone while he's training in his homeland and when he comes to wild card its the USADA turf. Got plenty of weeks to catch him. Unless he says for the first time he wwont be coming down and staying entire time in phillipines.

On a side note those who think the USADA would be favoring an american fighter are ignorant. This is not some shady little organization. Especially for floyd whom many hate here in the states.

I was going to type your same 2 questions before I read yours. It was funny.

                  Exactly, well put.

Clearly the USADA thing is just an excuse.

Watch Arum try to swing it that the choice of agency was the only holdup all along

I'm fine with this suggestion, although I do not think that the Manny-cow has run dry yet, so I cant see this fight happening next.

Arum will likely agree to the testing now, through WADA, but after the Mayweather/Ortiz fight he will insist that the fight cannot take place until the legal action has been resolved.

they will milk the Manny-cow until it is dry, and then feed it to Mayweather.....

It seems like Arum is really trying to Manipulate the Publics perception on this whole matter. He's one smart conniving ass dude.
That is exactly what Arum is doing.

Just watch all of the ignorant *******s crawl out of the woodwork.

"See, I told you that Manny would have agreed to the testing if it had been conducted by a neutral authority".

Arum agreeing to terms for Mayweather, when Pac is scheduled to fight Marquez, does not look good at all to me.

Personally, I cannot see that fight happening anytime soon.

They are not ready to feed their cash-cow to the wolves just yet, which is why Pac will not fight a live dog.

                    After the Mayweather/Ortiz fight.....

" come on Pac, take the test, lets do it "

Why are the *****s making excuses already.. Do they know that Floyd will back down?? Yeahhh I bet it is because they are suspecting it like the rest of the world.. deep down inside they know their hero is a coward. Manny accepted the tests, it don't matter who does it as long as it is regulated by wada who also regulates usada.. It is futile and really ****** to make an excuse now.. That is why *****s sounding desperate.
