He should fight Erik Morales or Miguel Vasquez (doubt it, highly).

Actually, Breidis Prescott looked good (for once) last time out. Good fight, gets his foot in the door to fight Khan.

I don't think Rios has the Margarito/Andrade chin it takes to beat real punchers. He has the attitude of those guys - not the chin. I don't think he will walk into Khan, Maidana, Matthysse, or Judah and not get seriously rocked.

Of course he'd lose to the guys you listed. Dudes not even that big, those guys you listed are naturally bigger than him. Only reason he'll move up and fight them is the money. But he should be the underdog in those fights because he is smaller then those guys. They're running out of top fighters who will fight him at 135, so its not like he has a choice but to move up.

His chin is top notch at the weight. He's a big tough LW. He took Antillon and Acosta's punches well aside from a few big shots. His problem is he gets hit too much, but Margarito got hit to much and he still won against a lot of good fighters.
