BOTH Golden Boy and Top Rank have histories of unscrupulous behavior. BOTH have records of not being particularly honest in their dealings and of taking advantage of their fighters. This is all FACT.

1.) Team Pacquiao gave a grand total of 7 different ridiculous excuses to justify why Manny would not undertake random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff..... which is absurd, because requiring 7 different excuses means that none of them were genuine.
