These ******s forget that Manny had EVERY demand and wish granted like he was rubbing a magic ****ing lamp! Floyd asks for one request and Manny gets defensive,makes excuses and takes him nearly 3 years to "accept" drug testing, yet doesn't want USADA to conduct the tests-lol, I wonder why???!!!

Instead,they want Floyd to let "the commission do their jobs", but the problem is,that even Arum says that Oscar (who was promoted by Arum's Top Rank) has failed drug tests and the NSAC hid them! We certainly know that Mosely was able to pass NSAC's tests...

Let's not forget that Manny asked for that outrageous barrier of a 10,000,000 dollar penalty if he came in over weight....that was a means to detour Floyd from taking the fight.Perhaps Floyd should ask Manny for 10,000,000 for every pound Manny comes in under or over the weight,since Manny has failed to make weight in a title fight as well-(fact).

Whats all the problems with what happens if we get a positive test , its obvious what happens , fight is off and that fighter is stripped of his boxing license , his name is mud and his accomplishments are worthless in the eyes of the world , why is Arum even asking what happens , asking seems very su****ious to me if your adamant that your fighter is clean then the " what if " is not an issue .

To me,blood weakness,superstitions,pride,needle phobias,etc are now supposed to be out of the picture,but now USADA is a problem?????

When people find a way to show nervousness and a multitude of excuses towards testing,then there is a reason why,unfortunately Pac's fans don't wanna know if the guy that they have been cheerleading for is clean or not-they just don't wanna know!

They find themselves in the same situation as Arum,Freddie Roach and Manny-making excuses to hide their fears and worries that Manny may not be legitimate with what he has accomplished lately.They want to believe that these big accomplishments are real,without considering that they may be from doping and wise matchmaking...after all,if a guy asks for a multitude of advantages,why wouldn't he try to get that extra "secret" advantage just to ensure a victory????

Schaefer said those talks are taking place between Bruce Binkow, a high-level Golden Boy executive, and Todd duBoef, the president of Top Rank, Pacquiao's promoter.

"Todd and Bruce are trying to work out the specifics of the cutoff to assure the tests are still effective because we know that 30 days before is not effective," Schaefer said. "At 30 days, we might as well not even do it. We want to figure it out [the cutoff window] and I will give my recommendation to Team Mayweather, and they will be on board. USADA is the most recognized one, but if it's another one, like the Nevada commission, we don't really care. I don't care who performs the tests as long as they are performed. That's our position. If this fight doesn't happen it's not because of Team Mayweather."

They got the random, unlimited testing that's supposedly prevented Floyd from fighting Pacquiao (). So let the commission, aka the organization that has authority over the match, conduct the testing with WADA overseeing them. Problem solved.

This just means that Manny Pacquiao NEVER agreed to Floyd's demand of random blood testing being that Arum DOES NOT want to use who Mayweather wants to use to do the testing.
