I'm down for them using another company as long as someone is there to supervise BOTH camps. Mosley, who confessed to using enhancement supplements took the tests and he was clean. Now Ortiz will take it. What is the problem? Pac thinks Floyd has government black ops on his team who are out to dirty Pac's blood? What a joke of a fighter Pac is.

All i said is using a neutral organization that has never been used by either side is fair, so there is no possibility or question of bribery or fowl play from either side.

I don't know man. I think Floyd is an excellent boxer/fighter but at 154 or 160 wherever the fight would take place that Martinez may be too much for him because aside from a size difference. Martinez has speed, power to KO with one punch and is durable. Floyd/Martinez is 50/50 to me but I'm edging towards Martinez if Sergio would be the aggressor/counter puncher. Floyd always has a chance to win. Martinez is more dangerous of a fight for Floyd than Pacquiao.

As far as Mayweather/Martinez. Mayweather would probably come in at 150 and Martinez would come in at 154. Floyd fought DLH when DLH was 170+ pounds. I'm confident that Sergio at 154 will be and easier task. Floyd ain't no Paul Williams susceptible to repeated overhand lefts.

If Kelly Pavlik can hold his own against Martinez for the first half of the fight with his limited boxing skills, it will just be a matter of Floyd counter Sergio often in the beginning so that Sergio won't get overconfident and feel as though he can bully Floyd due to the weight difference.

How can USADA be biased? They are mandated by the US government to test all US athletes that compete in the Olympics. A biased organization would not get that type of backing.

The USADA isn't bias. Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao might as well go ahead and call boxing in America Floyd's puppet. They might as well accuse Shane Mosley and Victor Ortiz as being his henchmen. They should just come out and say that Floyd has advantages in boxing that they can't test for ... like being a black fighter.

Its so ridiculous at this point, nothing will surprise me. The excuse that lent Manny Pacquiao's career the boost in needed for him to legitimately seem like a top fighter has been dispelled. Manny is 2" shorter than Floyd and Shane. He can make 147lbs. He can possibly make 150lbs. Without being able to completely lean on that crutch of being "so small" ... without being able to drain the **** out of Mayweather by stipulating that he come down to 142 ... and not being able to compete in this fight without random testing ... has all but taken the venom out of Manny Pacquiao.

How does the USADA test Olympic athletes when the Olympics are held in other countries? You do know that the Olympics aren't always held in the USA, right? Yet USADA always seems to do a excellent job for the GLOBAL COMMUNITY.

Its only the Philippines or rather on single peasant training there that is asking for "special treatment". The jig is up!

USADA is the gold standard. By asking for anything else is Arum and Pacquiao hoping that some other independent agency won't be as thorough and might miss something. That right there IMO is an admission of guilt.

If he keeps this up, I wonder if this will affect how long he stays in office. If he's a coward when faced with tough challenges and transparency, won't his people begin to wonder if he will just fold under the pressure of big business when its time to vote in the people's interests? Arum: Pacquiao will take the tests, but not with the USADA because I've been known to bribe, and can't get by with bribing the USADA. It'd be too easily discovered, as they're a large government funded corporation. I'd need a lesser-known company to handle the testing, one that I could get away with bribery if necessary.
