floyd literally did it just to piss him off. he wasn't doing it for drug crusades. to clean the sport. none of that. Floyd did it just to piss pacquiao off.

Now we have all this crap going around and Pacquiao looks like a shady character because he didn't agree to blood testing. If he did, they would have fought and Pacquiao wouldn't look like mark mcguire.

If the testing is the same quality and procedure and its done by a IOC recognized body , get it on I dont see a problem with it on face value , but no doubt Arums fine print needs to be known .
