That's my feeling. I thought all Manny had to do was agree to his ridiculous "testing". Now that he agreed to that we have something new to cry about. As long as they are both tested the way floyd wants, it shouldn't matter who does the testing. He s lucky Manny is even agreeing to any of this crap to begin with, floyd started this circus, he can't get mad when there's a few bearded women jumping out by surprise.

yes UKAD can do it since they are also implementing the WADA anti-doping codes. It's totally neutral since the agency is not US or Philippine-based.

You shouldn't make comments which expose that you haven't read the article properly.

This is a NEGOTIATION. Mayweather cannot lay down terms such as have never before been heard of in Pro boxing and expect to have the tests done by his own pet lab.

Arum QUITE RIGHTLY says that they want a NEUTRAL tester, and suggests that one of the Labs who have been conducting THE OLYMPIC tests should be OK. They don't want a possibly partial US lab which has worked for Mayweather twice already. Manny P is not an American, but a foreigner. Will Mayweather agree to a Philipino Judge or Ref???

I see this as eminently reasonable and an intelligent compromise. WHO BETTER to conduct Olympic style testing than a legitimate OLYMPIC TESTING LABORATORY???? Eh???

In my opinion, Bob Arum is killing Manny's reputation. As much as I like Manny as a fighter, Arum is really turning me off to him. There should not be any complications or confusion about a random blood test. When Arum throw in these stipulations, it makes Manny look somewhat guilty of using perfomance enhancing drugs. Also, the selection of his last 3 opponents were down right embarressing. I'm rooting for Marquez in his next fight.But, the cards are already stacked against him. I think its time for Manny to step up and just say he will fight Mayweather under any circumstances to prove to Floyd that he's the better fighter and show the world that he is clean. I'm starting to think that Manny has been cheating, or he doesn't truthfully think he can beat Floyd. Floyd will be taking the exact same tests.His last 3 opponents took the test, so why not Manny? It will insure that the fight is clean and fair.Maybe they are waitng for Floyd to slow down. And with all this talk about Floyd fighting Khan next, if that happens, Floyd might not be the same fighter afterwards. That would be 2 tough young opponents in a row for him.Meantime Manny is fighting older guys past their prime. It time for people to look at this for what it is.
