There is a conflict of interest if Nevada runs it because are they really going to pull the plug on such a huge fight, in a struggling economy.

Or would they sweep the results of it until later.

    Take that a step further~

do you know how ****** that shyt is? then wanting a "neutral" testing organization. do you know how ****** that shyt is?

Floyd doesn't even have to pay for it. ODLH could and you would still have a problem with it. If they did charity, donation, fund raising, bake sales to pay for the testing, your dumb ass would have a problem with it just because arum says there is a problem.

Obviously... duh... Floyd can be ridiculously paranoid but Pac can't be reasonably concerned.... That is the *****s for ya.

Nobody in their right mind would.

Its like you having beef with someone at your job. That person accuses you of doing drugs on your break. The accuser offers to pay for your drug test so you can prove your innocence.

          ******ed.

the agreed to 50/50 split even though floyd sells more.

pacquiao decided gloves and ring size.

            floyd asks for drug testing.

how is this about who calls the shots? looks like a 2-1 swing in pacquiao's favor if pacquiao doesn't do peds.
Because all the things that were agreed to, are things that normally goes into negotiations. Floyd was the one that brought random blood and urine test into it. Yes he has a right to but its still something that hasn't been in none of his fights before.

But Mayweather don't take no chances. It ain't happening unless he hits his head after someone intentionally tripped him.

Nothing. Just like it has nothing to do with Floyd fighting Manny. So that excuse won't fly.

Manny doesnt bring anything to the ring to demolish Floyd.
                The Mayweathers disagree.

Floyd is not the one ducking, Arum and manny, Arum is finally ready to cash in the manny money train
Even though Pac is planning on fighting until 2013 and is bringing in boatloads of cash through PPV, endorsements (Top Rank getting a share since they handle that), TV deals with CBS/SHOWTIME/HBO, etc?

                Use your brain.

They know, like the Mayweathers know, that Floyd will never step into the ring with Manny. They just want to clear the air on the ridiculous idea that it's because of drug testing Floyd waited 40 fights into his professional career to make an issue.

So you should just sit patiently and wait to see what new reasons come up for the next 'vacation' before the Khan fight in the UK.

Just pointing some things out that people seem to 'misremember' from time to time.

Random testing was the ONLY thing holding up the fight and Floyd/GBP were willing to use another agency/governing body... ONLY thing that matters is that random blood/urine tests are conducted... so there's no more issues right?
Well I guessyou "misremember", Bob is know for bribing. Seems like Uncle Bob mite have an inside hook up....
If I were Floyd I'd accept it with a clause (Us BOTH agecies), nothing like a back up rite?

doesn't matter. it has absolutely nothing to do with who is in control or not.

floyd literally did it just to piss him off. he wasn't doing it for drug crusades. to clean the sport. none of that. Floyd did it just to piss pacquiao off.

Now we have all this crap going around and Pacquiao looks like a shady character because he didn't agree to blood testing. If he did, they would have fought and Pacquiao wouldn't look like mark mcguire.
