    • The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), began operations in 2000 on October 1, and is a non-governmental agency responsible for implementation of the World Anti-Doping Code in the United States. The World Anti-Doping Code, which lists drugs and methods that are prohibited in sports, was developed by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) which was established by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in 1999. The IOC requires that all Olympic sports adopt the World Anti-Doping Code prior to August 13, 2004. The USADA is funded by a U.S. federal grant and contracts with the USOC and other organizations.

like i said earlier, they should use no american ref or judges for the fight then.

it is a fact that tygart and usada got in the picture when floyd demanded ost...there's no secret about that.

i agree that arum is a cunning guy when it comes to negotiation but so is floyd's team. the point is as long as pac agrees to ost and the IOC/WADA takes care of the testing, what's so su****ious with that? it's not like arum alone will choose which organization will conduct the testing...floyd's team of course will have to agree on that. i don't see any problem with that...don't know why you and the other floyd fans are so against it. you guys are unbelievable.

even floyd had said that if pac and him can see eye to eye with the testing the fight will happen. i'm not a floyd fan but i think this latest development is more than enough to satisfy floyd. i believe the fight will happen with or without usada. that i can not say with you and the other floyd fans...you guys are more demanding than floyd, roger and floyd sr combined.

                    • This is so ridiculous.
Ok Pacquiao has agreed to random testing. Good!! any agency that implements the world anti-doping code should be neutral enough to conduct the test. Make it happen! Call it WADA, PADA, TRADA, MAMADA(lol) etc. as long as they have the same protocol I really don't give a flying ****.
