Floyd will never fight Pacquiao.. Everybody wants a better testing. Floyd copying 20% or two months Olympic testng won't catch a rat. Only the dumb *****s will still juice himself even though he knows he will be tested for it.

Once the commission asks for the OST then I could see when saying I refuse would be an issue.
no, your the idiot!!!! im so sick and tired of pac fans chirping floyd is not god follow the rules set forth by the commission. BULL ****!!!!! when pac fought margarito, he was suspended by the NSAC, thus he was suppose to be suspended by ALL state commissions until NSAC re-instated him. but arum paid off the right people and got tony a texas license to box in spite of NSAC. so back off the commish. B.S. and how many fighters have come forward and admitted to using peds and have never been caught by NSAC???? and you pac fans must know he is using because you keep saying he shouldnt have to take the test. and does not the commission set the penalties for being over the wt limit???? and yet pac set his own rules(which floyd agreed to) so he dont even follow the commission when it suits him. take the test and lets get it on!!!!!

It is about time that you " walk the walk " Arum.

Pesonally, I think that you are full-of-****, and that after Marquez you will insist that Manny cannot fight Mayweather because "we need to resolve the legal action first, it is too important".

As for Floyd being a smart business man, don't his actions belie the truth in that oft touted statement? Do smart businessmen spend all their money and run up huge tax tabs? Not that any of this matters, as Floyd's finances are of no interest to me, but I must question this familiar doctrine.
You are nothing but a fkn clown.

              Just another non-boxing flag-waving fanboi.

FACT: I say whatever the *** I want kid, anytime, anywhere, anyone..... I would change that if I could, but thats just how it is.

              Deal with it ^^

BTW kid, here are a couple more facts for ya.....
1.) blood tests are completely harmless
2.) taking a test is easier than spending 3 years making up ridiculous excuses
3.) hate is worthless and can easily be discredited

              Tell me something fanboi.....

Team Pacquiao gave a grand total of 7 different ridiculous excuses to justify why Pac refused to undertake random blood tests without a 24-day cutoff, which is simply absurd, because requiring 7 different excuses means that none of them were genuine.....

Which one of those ridiculous excuses did you believe ?

You need to reply to this post bigmouth, it is time for you to "walk the walk".

Which one of those ridiculous excuses did you believe ?

pacman is on video saying he will take the test homie. so save your saliva. all your points are useless. floyd doesn't even have balls to enter pac negotiations. all it takes is send ellerbe out there and negotiate for him.

So, Arum decides is quoted as saying that he is not going to play games with Mayweather. I guess he realizes that games don't work after that publicity stunt involving the phony second negotiation and the phony countdown clock that made him look like a fool.

I find it odd that you remember this video, but cannot remember seeing the video a month later on Pacquaio/Margarito 24/7 in which Pac's adviser admitted that they wanted a 7-day cutoff for drug testing against Mayweather. No amount of lies and distortions will change the fact that Pacquaio continues to refuse to take random blood tests, whether it is against Mayweather or anyone else.
