If you're talking about prime, none of them would beat him. Mayweather wouldn't fight any of them, and if he did he'd make sure he fought them when they were most vulnerable (old, coming up in weight) and when they'd have little chance. That's pretty much how he operated in his time at 140-147. Sad, but true. Just look at the list of fighters he fought, and list of fighters he could've fought at those weights.

Why bother to list Leonard and Hearns but ignore Robinson? Robinson started his career at a weight much closer to Floyd's start off weight.

147 is not floyds prime weight. at 147 a lot of guys would have a great chance to beat him. all the hall of famers mentioned of course could beat him. vernon was a good choice. ike quartey would also give him all he could handle. at 135 and 130 the list dwindles. duran of course. but i don't think whitaker could beat floyd.

1. Tommy Hearns (reach, debilitating power, great all round skills)
2. Ray Leonard (unbelievable speed, ability, footwork, combination punching)
3. Ray Robinson (what didnt SRR have?)
4. Roberto Duran (relentlessness, power, body work, tenacity)
5. Oscar De La Hoya (in his prime, awesome jab, great all round skills, great chin)
