Leonard/Pryor never did either. No matter what Legendary Nights says, they never got close to even considering that fight. Leonard was either at 154, retired or fighting names and fighters much greater and more worthy than Pryor. Everything about that fight regarding Leonard ducking or there even being any negotiation is complete rubbish.
The most that ever happened was that there was a brief, public offer of half a mil to Pryor for the fight, which from memory, was when Leonard was retired or around the time he was going to fight Hearns and Pryor's team turned it down straight away, even though it was ten times as much as he would have gotten in any other fight...even a 3rd with Arguello.
Just about everything regarding that fight is BS.
