Personal opinions don't matter. It was a close fight that could have gone either way.

But Williams officially got the win over Sergio in the first fight, those are the facts and that's what it will say in the record book.

There is a lot more to boxing than the record book. Of the people I know who score that fight, the ones who know more about boxing seem more inclined to score it for Sergio.

Dangerous fight for Williams coming back off of that KO. I think he will get the win here, but you never know what a loss like the one to Martinez does to a fighter. Lara is a little crude, but still very good and can really ****.

Ever since this fight was announced, I've wondered who's taking the bigger risk: Williams or Lara? P. Will has more to lose. He's coming off the unhappy end of a spectacular KO. If he loses to Erislandy, his career might be officially stalled. Lara, on the other hand, is taking a big step up in comp. That takes some guts. But even if he loses, Erislandy can safely continue his career -- provided he gives a solid performance. Paul doesn't have that luxury. The risks and rewards for both men promise an exciting clash!

If I was promoting these fighters I would have stayed away from this fight. That's what makes it interesting. I had lara as a future star but p will. is still a tough fight and may come to early in lara's rise. Still got lara but if p will has any confidence(IF) he probably outworks lara............can't wait to find out

If he's a B class fighter your boy wouldn't have ducked him for years. If he's a B class fighter he wouldn't have defeated the man who made your boy take a knee. If he's B class then your boy is C class.

these clowns at boxing scene never cease to amaze me in the fact that they still have a job. they find it impossible to hide their biases. the guy suffers one bad lose and now he's ricky hatton? gtfoh. what williams needs to do is upgrade his trainers. there's no reason for a guy with his physical attributes to all ways fight small.
