AGain context. yes 225k is a good number. But the ESPN people were expecting more. And, when taking factoring in the demogrphics (ie mexican fans buy more ppv's than any group) it didn't meet expectations.

The whole "Marg is not good it was just Top Rank propaganda" **** that you insinuated a few posts. Is really just the mindset of mostly Floyd fans...Why I have no idea. So that were that came from. There was a reason...Why they felt the way they felt towards Marg...The risk didn't out weight the reward in any way.

The reason I, felt this way is based on the competiton he faced. Yes I am a floyd fan. Marg was not ranked 1 or 2 in any of the recognized sanctioning bodies at the time. Top Rank ran with the "most feared crap". I gotta bounce but I'll check in later.

Marg was ranked #1 and #2 by the ring for years at WW. He couldn't be rank by the other organizations because he held a WBO title. If you hold a title the other sanctioning bodes does not rank you. That's how much of a joke they're.

I can see no reason why any fighter who is making money would fight a fringe champ like Marg, especially after the espn ppv did 225k. I respect the point but not fighting Marg doesn't make him better in my eyes.

Not trying to justify. Just saying that these posters need to stop crying about these stuff because it's very prevalent in boxing. Just watch the fight and stop worrying about those belts.
