What order to you put these world champion belts?

ive always been a bit unsyure of the order the world championship belts go in:

WBC, WBA, WBO, IBO, IBF, RING MAGAZINE,

I am pretty sure WBC is recognised the best with the ring belt coming 2nd but not too sure how the whole list stands in order

    can someone enlighten me..

    have a missed some..

WBA and WBC are joke belts having three or four champions in one weight class. I remember the WBA had 4 champions in the Bantamweight and Featherweight divisions. WBC is notorious for stripping champions of their belts if the boxers are not Mexican or not popular.

The Ring Magazine and WBO, I believe are the best belts to have. IBF is quiet so it comes third place. IBO, IBA, and WBF at least only have one champions in their weight classes.

I was also under the impression that WBC was the superior belt..

Here are my rankings: The Ring, WBC, WBA....

The Ring is highest because its considered the "lineal championship" which is given to the best fighter in the weight class after the 1 and 2/3 ranked fight. The champion will never be stripped of the title unless he retires or loses a match. On the downside, the lineal champ can refuse to fight the top contender indefinitely and drop the belt to 100th ranked challenger if he loses.

Second, is the WBC. In my view, before Alvarez and Chavez Jr, they had the most credible champions. It is the title that the more popular fighters wear. On the downside, they can strip fighters if they don't follow their rules and they created an Emeritus Champion status.

Third, is the WBA. It is the oldest belt. But their 3 or 4 champions in a weight class is just ridiculous.

IBF has dropped off but at one time was with the WBC and WBA as the top belts. WBO has become the 4th major sanctioning belt. I rank IBO 5th, it is a "computerized rankings" concept which is supposed to be unbiased. Just ignore the IBA and WBF.

The Ring and lineal belts are the only credible ones left

The rest are just splintered belts any average fighter can pick up, especially if they're signed to a promoter with any influence over the corrupt heads of these alphabet orgs. The WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO, they;re all the same now. Anyone trying to rank one over another is kidding themselves.

Until recently the WBC belt was the pre-eminent one, the IBF second, the WBA third, the WBO 4th the IBO fifth. I place the RING (an "on-off" again boxing magazine) last.

The WBO has had to earn it's respect and place, and has done so in my opinion. it has had some very good champions. Manny P is a WBO Champ.

Personally, I do not regard the RING belt was having any quality. The "chosers" are all RING employees, owned by De La Hoya, and their "experts" come and go like a revolving door. When it was respected, founded and owned by Nat Fleischer, Mr. Boxing, it's belt was awarded as a special extra reward, regarded as putting the seal on the TOP fighter. It wasn't ALWAYS given, only when the fighter's merit was overwhelmingly obvious. Since then the RING has seen very hard times, closed, defunct and bankrupt for years, and when opened again and on sale, has not anything like the same quality or respectabliliy that it one had....and never will have again. It is authorative only with those who don't know about it, and are fairly new to boxing generally. Not to ME.

The IBO title has/had the reputation for "being around" whenever the promoters wanted to boost an ordinary fight into a sort of "Championship Title Fight". It has been gaining more respect as it's more recent holders have been some of the better fighters. Like today with Klitschko being an IBO Champ.

                Just my opinion.
