However, Oscar nor Morales HAVE EVER FAILED TO MAKE THE CONTRACT WEIGHT prior to Pac GOING PASS THE COMMISSION AND DEMANDING HIS OWN OVER THE WEIGHT PENALTY.

Pac didn't have any reason or any proof to go pass the commission...Yet he still did it.

That sir is called being a hypocrite, no?
What is wrong with asking a weight penalty if they are not planning to come overweight just like Floyd did to Marquez?

Nothing's wrong with it & Floyd agreed so What's wrong with asking for a blood test?

How can Team Pacquaio original agree to USADA testing then all of suddenly protest it when Floyd agrees to 10 mil weight penalty? It's obvious either he is on something or he doesn't want to fight PBF there is no other way around it. Floyd agreed to the ridiculous weight penalty demand as well as everything else. Please explain!

Saying it on video means nothing if you not willing to put on paper.

The last time they negotiated. The contract had a 14 or a 7 day(depending on who you believe between Arum and Koncz) cutoff date.
Before it can be put on a contract, somebody must first sit down at the table to negotiate.

You may have your assumptions wrong. Go back and research when the demand for random testing first came out.

He may or may not have to give blood close to the fight. That is the point of random testing, you never know WHEN you'll be tested and that's likely to prevent cheating from taking place.

No I am not, they knew of Floyd demand on testing way before negotiations took place even Freddie Roach stated this on video even said it's not a problem. It only became a problem when Floyd agreed to the 10 Mil penalty which they thought he wouldn't accept

Pac passed all the NSAC tests just like Floyd previous 40 fights he passed without any complain but you can't say the same when he cheated Marquez at the scale.
