But, Pac hasn't put it on the contract that he's willing to take the test with no cutoff.

Saying it on video means nothing if you not willing to put on paper.

The last time they negotiated. The contract had a 14 or a 7 day(depending on who you believe between Arum and Koncz) cutoff date.

Floyd has no history in asking for OST prior to Pac.

But, then again that just proves the hypocrisy in Pac camp...To be talk about Floyd going beyond commission when it comes to drug testing. But, they go beyond the commission when comes to over the weight penalties.
well you gotta provide some kind of proof to make that statement but even if he did..was it a 10 million dollar request??? No fighter in the history of boxing has asked for so much and no fighter has ever denied a random blood test.

The difference Floyd failed to make weight against a lightweight, didn't honor the contract he signed and didn't bothered at all to make weight but just paid the small penalty. By asking a heavy penalty will prevent Floyd to cheat Pac at the scale. Floyd accused Pac was on PED without single evidence and passed all the test, the same tests Floyd took in his 40 previous fights without any complain.

Provide some kind of proof of what? That Pac demanded his own over the weight penalty against Morales and Oscar?

Well it wasn't 10mil per pound...Because, neither fighter was seen as making at least 50mil in said fight.

But, that's beyond the point because he has a history of doing it before Floyd was in the picture. The same can't be said about Floyd...And, is not a diss in anyway.

Maybe not random blood testing. But, steroid testing yes they have. And, it's still unsure to me if Ward refused random blood testing against AA. That fight didn't have the test even though AA wanted it. That was one of the concerns during negotiations. And, since it didn't have it. I personally that perhaps Ward said no to OST as well.

But, Floyd has never failed to make 147...Anyways..Whatever I will give you that just for argument sake.

However, Oscar nor Morales HAVE EVER FAILED TO MAKE THE CONTRACT WEIGHT prior to Pac GOING PASS THE COMMISSION AND DEMANDING HIS OWN OVER THE WEIGHT PENALTY.

Pac didn't have any reason or any proof to go pass the commission...Yet he still did it.

That sir is called being a hypocrite, no?
