He just didn't want to be knocked out. He didn't even come close to being competitive, but at least his future acting career (lol) didn't take the hit a KO would have given it.

Haye moved, he boxed, he wasnt hit much. He just didnt do enough to win the fight. People are going overboard as if he Haye just laid down. Thats ****in bullshyt he fought til the last bell. LITERALLY.
How can you say this with a straight face?

Arreola 'fought to the bell' against Vitali.

Haye? The man threw 200 punches, which is a simply pathetic output.

What do I expect him to do?

Oh, I don't know, actually try and win? Try and throw more punches and hopefully catch him, hurt him and stop him? Like someone with Haye's power and speed is capable of.

For a joke, I said Haye will back up against Wlad and try and box him like he did Valuev.

I didn't think he would actually ****ing try it.

Exactly. Since when is it okay to do nothing just so you don't get knocked out? How about actually trying to win. All he did was try to land a big right hand all night, as if he was fighting Ray Austin. When you step into the ring with that mentality, 90% of the time you don't find the big shot. Its something that just happens.

you're a joke and have no credibility on this site. he FOUGHT? Last I heard fighting is comprised of throwing punches. Haye didn't throw ****. He's a ***** that got annihilated.

Everyone who wathces Haye and especially people from the UK like myself know that Haye backs up and throws one punch at a time most of the time. Every now and then doing a spurt of a combo all whilst having generally poor technique.

But, surely, he must have known this obviously won't work against Wlad?

A guy with Haye's power should have obviously been much much much more active. It's common sense.

You are never going to beat Wlad fighting the way he did with the skill level he has.
