When Pacquiao met Senator Reid and President *****, one of the things in his agenda was a passage of a bill in Nevada that expands drug testing.

BOXING _ SB498 authorizes Nevada Athletic Commission to expand drug testing programs using fee added to tickets.

This proves that Pacquiao's Congressman role has been put to good use. This is the first time in history that a boxer's active participation has contributed to the passing of a new law regarding drug testing. Congratulations to Manny Pacquiao!

The Law gets implemented beginning July 1, 2011.

Pacquiao is a doer. But to be fair to Floyd, Pacquiao has a real political platform and access instead of just depending on the media which would be the case if Pacquiao weren't a political figure, even if it is from another country.

the point is pac will abide by the tests required by the governing body.....not tests that are just dictated/demanded by anybody who has no real jurisdiction and who happens just to have an ill placed fear that all his opponents are out there "enhanced"......
