But... If he wouldve just took the damn test **** would be over with. Rematch time. I didnt suspect him of anything till the bs regarding the drug test.

And dont lie to yourself, any other sport has a single governing body, these accusations would likely be handled in house. It wouldnt go like this.
if floyd and his family weren't so obsessed with Manny and CONSTANTLY accuse him of taking steroids, Pac wouldn't have been inclined to sue them.

look at what dela hoya and Golden Boy did. They retracted their statements, issued a PUBLIC APOLOGY and Manny IMMEDIATELY dropped them from the case.

    simple as that.

but for some odd reason, floyd and his family simply can't comprehend doing that, and CONTINUE to throw accusations against him.

considering that floyd already has multiple legal cases to take care of, what he's doing regarding Manny is simply ******.

Actually, his reluctance to disobey COURT ORDERS is more of a slap in the face to the US legal system. It just goes to show that people like Floyd think they're above the law and could do whatever he pleases. These systems are in place for a reason.

I'm sorry, but if you actually think Floyd Mayweather has any knowledge of the US legal system you're sadly mistaken. Experience yes, knowledge? I highly doubt that. Floyd doesn't come across as the sharpest tool (literally) in the shed.

He should sue himself? For what? Refusing to take additional tests above and beyond what the commission has in place because the other side believes he's on "the juice" with no shred of evidence?

If Floyd didn't request "anything" in the first place and just fought under "normal" circumstances it would have happened already. Yet somehow, he needs these extra tests for someone he considers "easy work, easy payday." Go figure.

Throw in the fact that he likes to move the goal posts. 14 days (before a compromise can be made). x amount of time later, nope, 14 days is no longer good enough. Sure looks like someone who really wants a fight to happen.

Funny you bring up the governing body. Here's an idea how about we let the governing body do their job and handle the drug testing procedure instead of trying to be the governing bodies ourselves.

          • Pacquiao will get a percentage on Gayweather's purse with his fight with Ortiz.

You should have stuck to that defense from the beginning like all the other Floydie fan boys.

The only way Floydie doesn't get convicted is if Pacquiao drops the case against him. If the case goes to court, Floydie is going to take a hit in his pocket book.

No worries though, Floydie's shit is paid for, what about yours?

Does Manny really need to take the OSDT when he has passed all of the NSAC test? No. Does gayweather have any evidence that Manny is on PEDS? No.

You accuse any high profile athlete (Kobe, LeBron, Jeter, etc.) who stands to lose money (directly or indirectly) from baseless accusations without any hard evidence and you're going to get taken to court. Especially if they're someone of Pacquiao's stature, whose has a world wide appeal.

I know it's difficult to see all of this with rose colored glasses, but at least try.

Well, that depends. I don't think these high profile athletes will sue for defamation of character unless there is money involved. It's not worth suing somebody if that person is broke. You may win the case, but good luck collecting the money.

                  • Grusler - you didn't get the memo. You have an article that is well over a year old and BOTH Pac and Floyd said testing was not an issue. Yes, Floyd said that. And Mike Jones has to be considered if Floyd fails to be available due to incarceration or choice. The world moves on without Floyd.

i doubt if Pac is in a hurry to get even MORE money. he just want's floyd and his family to stop accusing him, just like dela hoya and Golden Boy.

besides, is your statement an admission that you think floyd is broke? i thought his crap is all paid for?
