Very true my friend.let's set things straight here. and i think you have read it yourself. pac have stated that he doesn't need floyd. floyd needs him. pac is only doing it because fans demand it. on pac's side, no one is begging for this fight, except probably roach. in other words, it's alright for pacman if this fight never happens. he can live with it. as for the fans, i'm sure most of them have moved on.
now if floyd's fans are content in seeing floyd take the blame and not interested in this fight, it's okay, too. blame pacman all you want, but i assure you that it won't change a thing -- most people see floyd as the one holding up this fight.

the system designed to punish criminals is ran by the wickedest criminals....anyway, I hope this gets settled in the ring...this court **** is so corny!!...smhLAS VEGAS, NEV. – U.S. District Court Judge Larry R. Hicks denied the Emergency Appeal filed by Floyd Mayweather, Jr. for a protective order to prevent his court-ordered deposition, finding that Mayweather's motion was "without merit." Mayweather's deposition had been scheduled for June 17, 2011, in Las Vegas, Nev. Mayweather refused to appear.

the judge who ORDERED floyd to appear in court to appear for his deposition
yet this is what you said about the matter.

Its not that type trial."
i'm no legal expert and you MAY be right about your statements, but i don't think going against a judge's orders is the wisest course of action for floyd considering his current legal situation.Comment

Ok we can easliy clear this up. We agree totally 100% that it would be ****** for PBF to defy a judge's order. Now to explain my statement. Depositions do not have to be given in a court room. They can be given at either PBF or Manny's lawyer office. Depositions have to be given in front of a judge and officer of the court. It is not something that has to be given at the courthouse is what I was saying. Not for PBF to ignore the judges order.the judge who ORDERED floyd to appear in court to appear for his deposition
yet this is what you said about the matter.
