Manny ain't taking the tests and Floyd ain't coming to court. They're even in that aspect.

now if floyd's fans are content in seeing floyd take the blame and not interested in this fight, it's okay, too. blame pacman all you want, but i assure you that it won't change a thing -- most people see floyd as the one holding up this fight.

They still don't even know that depositions don't even have to be given in a court room. The biggest thing is PBF doesn't even have to prove Manny was juicing in order to win the case. Its not that type trial."

i'm no legal expert and you MAY be right about your statements, but i don't think going against a judge's orders is the wisest course of action for floyd considering his current legal situation.

Ok we can easliy clear this up. We agree totally 100% that it would be ****** for PBF to defy a judge's order. Now to explain my statement. Depositions do not have to be given in a court room. They can be given at either PBF or Manny's lawyer office. Depositions have to be given in front of a judge and officer of the court. It is not something that has to be given at the courthouse is what I was saying. Not for PBF to ignore the judges order.

                      COOL?
