Maybe if Pac wasn't acting so suspect and backsliding. No one would not believe there is a possibility of him taking steroids. How can I believe this guy when prior he signed a deal with Top Rank to promote and then accepted a brief case full of cash for Golden Boy to promote him? Are you morons trying to convince me that if Pac did that, that he wouldn't be down to do anything? The punk ass should have just taken the tests back when it counted. **** is on him for being a scary ass boxer. Also, take into consideration on who he fought and the catchweight demands he issued. He's pure entertainment like Bob Arum said. People pay to see Pac beat up on fighters who got beaten up prior. I used to like Pac when he fought Barerra and Marquez. Now he is a hype machine built up by Arum and if Arum had his way with Oscar and Floyd, then he would have done the same thing to their careers. Look at Chavez Jr? Lopez?...... Pac is a joke. Big bad Manny Pacquiao, scared of giving blood because it will weaken him and suing other fighters in court. if Pac was so hurt by the accusations, then why didn't he sue Paulie Malignaggi? He was more vocal than Floyd.
the law suit shows boxing and/or boxers are not above the law....

the case is already progressing in the courts and i don't think the verdict will take too long to be rendered......

whatever it is....it will be a wake up call......

without meaning any ill will, can you say that to pbf?

that pbf can not answer a weak law suit? pbf got an army of lawyers and he failed to submit a deposition to the court...

Im not saying weak in reference to the strength of either parties arguments. None of us are in the court room so i choose not to speculate on whats going on in there.

I say weak in reference to pac suing. **** is weak. I dont see how anyone can even pretend to support this garbage.

I honestly don't know wtf he's doing. Take a couple of hours out of your day and just do the deposition. It isn't going to hurt you unless you're caught lying under oath.

Pacquiao isn't some normal citizen who makes 20-50K a year like us. He's a high profile athlete who has a reputation to protect. You accuse any high profile athlete (Kobe, LeBron, Jeter, etc.) who stands to lose money (directly or indirectly) from baseless accusations without any hard evidence and you're going to get taken to court. Especially if they're someone of Pacquiao's stature, whose has a world wide appeal.

I know it's difficult to see all of this with rose colored glasses, but at least try.

If all the Floyd nuthuggers can say, "just take the test, Manny!" I say, "just take the stand, Floyd!" This is the only time the "mouth" has nothing to say about Manny. Yup, do all the talking behind tweet and videos, but not under oath. What a chump!

Personally i think floyds response in regard to this lawsuit is meant to be a big middle finger to pac.

Like hes laughing at him and really doesnt give a ****.

He has lawyers, and i doubt anyone wants to debate floyds knowledge and experience with courts and the legal system... We should all be able to agree on that. Just sayin.

                    i got what you mean.........

but pbf camp started it all and did publicly malign pac....with the accusation....

did you expect pac to engage pbf camp on a public mud slinging contest? or just allow the defamation to go unanswered?

or pac just to wait for a pac pbf fight to settle the score/issue (the macho thing to do??)???

                    maybe....just so maybe.......

but what if that fight won't happen...or takes an eternity to happen???

or if ortiz upsets pbf??? unlikely? perhaps....but also possible

                    or if jmm upsets pac????

I think he should be suing his damn self then.

***Not saying this justifys mayweathers statements and actions***

But... If he wouldve just took the damn test **** would be over with. Rematch time. I didnt suspect him of anything till the bs regarding the drug test.

And dont lie to yourself, any other sport has a single governing body, these accusations would likely be handled in house. It wouldnt go like this.
