Im not saying weak in reference to the strength of either parties arguments. None of us are in the court room so i choose not to speculate on whats going on in there.
I say weak in reference to pac suing. **** is weak. I dont see how anyone can even pretend to support this garbage.Comment

Pacquiao isn't some normal citizen who makes 20-50K a year like us. He's a high profile athlete who has a reputation to protect. You accuse any high profile athlete (Kobe, LeBron, Jeter, etc.) who stands to lose money (directly or indirectly) from baseless accusations without any hard evidence and you're going to get taken to court. Especially if they're someone of Pacquiao's stature, whose has a world wide appeal.Im not saying weak in reference to the strength of either parties arguments. I know it's difficult to see all of this with rose colored glasses, but at least try.Comment

If all the Floyd nuthuggers can say, "just take the test, Manny!" I say, "just take the stand, Floyd!" This is the only time the "mouth" has nothing to say about Manny. Yup, do all the talking behind tweet and videos, but not under oath. What a chump!Comment

Personally i think floyds response in regard to this lawsuit is meant to be a big middle finger to pac.
Like hes laughing at him and really doesnt give a ****.
He has lawyers, and i doubt anyone wants to debate floyds knowledge and experience with courts and the legal system... We should all be able to agree on that. Just sayin.Comment

i got what you mean.........Im not saying weak in reference to the strength of either parties arguments. None of us are in the court room so i choose not to speculate on whats going on in there.

but pbf camp started it all and did publicly malign pac....with the accusation....
did you expect pac to engage pbf camp on a public mud slinging contest? or just allow the defamation to go unanswered?
or pac just to wait for a pac pbf fight to settle the score/issue (the macho thing to do??)???
maybe....just so maybe.......
but what if that fight won't happen...or takes an eternity to happen???
or if ortiz upsets pbf??? unlikely? perhaps....but also possible
or if jmm upsets pac????Comment

I think he should be suing his damn self then.Pacquiao isn't some normal citizen who makes 20-50K a year like us. He's a high profile athlete who has a reputation to protect. ***Not saying this justifys mayweathers statements and actions***
But... If he wouldve just took the damn test **** would be over with. Rematch time. I didnt suspect him of anything till the bs regarding the drug test.
And dont lie to yourself, any other sport has a single governing body, these accusations would likely be handled in house. It wouldnt go like this.Comment
