I'm from Jersey and I had it a draw...with the edge definetly going to Macklin but those scorecards for Sturm are ridiculous

I need to see this fight, and I need to see the punch-stats.

Not as a definitive, just as an indicator.

I want to see if guys are giving Macklin " credit " for workrate and aggression.

Workrate and aggression often = missing, hitting gloves/arms/air, offering opportunities, and unnecessarily expending energy, whilst getting touched up by precision punches.

      Anyone got a link ?

I cant search for most stuff from my country, I usually just get copyright violation warnings, but I can usually connect if a link is posted within a boxingscene thread

He's ready to go. Somebody offer him enough money to get him out of Germany and Sturm will be history. Hometown decisions against little regarded opposition is a sure sign of decline. I'm not mad at the Germans, everybody wants a champion, even if he's a jaded, minor belt holder, that nobody else believes is the best in his division. Macklin knew he had to knock him out in Germany, next.

even on the british forum (ESB) they are saying Sturm won but dont like the 116, they wanted it 115-114 but who cares it was 1 ROUND diffirence, it isnt a robbery, the guys over there are not trolls like we are over here.

Punchstats were the same at Round 11 (139-131 for Macklin) , alot of his punches didnt hit Sturm.

Sturm was simply too good for Macklin.

Macklin threw punches that hit nothing but air. Sturm would of stopped him if hed gone for it more.

117-111 Sturm is a fair scorecard.

Sturm doesn't even evade punches he blocks them, so its pretty obvious you didn't watch the fight so please stop trolling.
