FYI fight night weights have always mattered. But I get what ur saying, in the end it just depends on what fighter u like, manny fans will over look certain things pac does and absolutely blast floyd for pulling them. Floyd fans will throw logic out the window and believe any and every thing that comes out of floyd's mouth. If u like a fighter, u will find ways to make an argument for him, all fans do it.

Funny thing is I remember Floyd flaunting his win over Corrales who weighed something like 12 pounds more than him on fight night...also he brags about beating Baldo who was 16 lbs higher than him on fight night. Hell, even Cotto fans commented on how he was outweighed on fight night by Marg and Clottey, they just got less attention.

Alot of people pay attention to fight night weights since same day weigh ins were banned and HBO posts it. We're just in the age of forums and you see far more comments than people did back in the 80's to even early 2000's.

Do Pac fans over-emphasize fight night weight, not anymore than any other fans of fighters that fight outside of their natural weight class.

I almost didn't see the last part,cause I was about to put U in the same category of the childish 1's.But it was the Margarito fight that really turned me off,if anyone is wondering.

yeah, 154 lb's championship for two guys unranked at that weight class at 150. i know why people biiitch and moan about that fight.

but the championship being on the line is the wbc's idea to get sanctioning fees from a big fight.

there are times when you can say it is an easy fight for a boxer barring everything else. if this ts keeps saying margarito is an easy fight for any boxer even at this point in his career, i have nothing to argue.

all i can say is, and think hard about it for a second, if pac had refused to fight all these fighters arum is presenting him, pac would have been accused of ducking clottey, margarito, cotto and mosley.

the alternatives were too green for pac according to the majority of fans here: berto, khan, bradley, alexander, etc.

so i really don't take this ts seriously. his take on the margarito is all phucked up. pac fans never wanted that fight. it was risky without the attendant credit.

I won't deny that,he was caught loading his gloves for Mosley.I was 1 of the posters that were also a Margarito fan after he beat Cotto & I also thought he had the style to beat Floyd.He betrayed that trust & 1 of boxing's cardinal rules when plastergate happened.He did not deserve to share the ring with boxing's cashcow after that.
